8:07pm - Detroit sends Andy Delmore to Calgary for Riley Armstrong
4:49pm - The Coyotes trade their 6th round pick in 2011 to Anaheim for forward Petteri Nokelainen
4:46pm - The Rangers add Anders Eriksson from Phoenix in exchange for Miika Wiikman and a 7th round pick in 2011

3:40pm - Nashville trades Dustin Boyd to Calgary for their fourth round pick
3:35pm - Toronto gives Pittsburgh their 6th round pick this year for prospect Chris Peluso
Make the jump for the bulk of the live draft
3:35pm - Unbelieveable how much Ryan Whitney's stock has fallen, no? Anyway, that concludes my 2010 trade deadline liveblog! Be sure to check back tonight for any trades I missed, and check back friday for the Pack of cards!
3:30pm - Edmonton trades Lubomir Visnovsky to Anaheim for Ryan Whitney
3:27pm - Columbus trades Mathieu Roy to Florida for Matt Rust
3:21pm - Carolina deals Andrew Alberts to Vancouver for a 3rd round pick
3:15pm - Toronto's Joey MacDonald to Anaheim for a 7th round pick in 2011
3:09pm - Columbus sends Frederik Modin to the Kings for 'Future Considerations'
3:08pm - Carolina sends Joe Corvo to Washington for Brian Pothier and prospect Oskar Osala
Update: And Carolina gets a 2nd round pick
3:06pm - Toronto sends Lee Stempniak to Phoenix for
3:00pm - That's it! No more trades! I'll be hanging around a little longer watching for trades. After that, expect just one more big update later tonight.
2:55pm - Dan Hamhuis will remain with the Predators for the rest of the season (at least until the draft)
2:54pm - It's zero hour...should be a number of trades coming in soon.
2:52pm - Lee Stempniak is reported as being traded. More details to come. Also, Sheldon Souray is potentially done for the season, currently being in the hospital with a hand infection. He's not getting traded.
2:49pm - Columbus trades Milan Jurcina (back) to Washington for a 6th round pick
2:48pm - Ray Whitney isn't being traded, as per TSN
2:47pm - Darren Dutchyshen just moved up my list of heroes. Took shots at Philly AND the TSN panel
2:45pm - 15 minutes left and it's eerily quiet...Calm before the storm?
2:42pm - Keith Jones doesn't think the Flyers will make a trade.
2:39pm - Atlanta gets Clarke MacArthur from Buffalo for their 3rd and 4th round picks
2:38pm - 22 mins left...I think this'll prove to be a slow year for the trade deadline.
2:26pm - Columbus sends Raffi Torres to Buffalo for Nathan Paetsch and a 2nd round pick
2:19pm - Finally got the details on the Schneider trade from 1:30...
2:07pm - If something's gonna happen, they better get to it.
2:03pm - Backup goalie trade alert...Anaheim gets Goaltender Curtis McElhinney, Calgary gets Vesa Toskala
1:48pm - Some quick analysis of those last two trades...Halpern to LA means the Kings are going playoffs or bust this year. I don't really understand Washington dealing for Belanger, they're good offensively, and really should be targeting a power forward or a two-way forward. Someone that can make up for Mike Green's lack of defense.
1:46pm - I think {Pierre McGuire and Darren Pang are gonna throw down over the Capitals' depth chart. My money is on Panger
1:45pm - Minnesota Wild send Eric Belanger to Washington for a 2nd round pick.
1:31pm - TB sends Jeff Halpern to Los Angeles for Ted Purcell and a 3rd round pick.
1:30pm - Matthieu Schneider dealt from Vancouver to Phoenix for
1:25pm - I'd expect to see some more movement from Edmonton, Columbus, and Florida before the deadline.
1:15pm - Reading a lot about Columbus having concerns about not having moved anyone yet. I wonder if their asking price has come down at all, and I wonder if the Penguins are considering one more trade or if they're done.
1:00pm - Just two hours to squeeze trades into. I wonder if the NHL is really strict about that? I know there's a lot of overflow, but are they all really just do or dont at 3pm even?
12:55pm - The Red Wings and Rangers exchanged minor leaguers, with Detriot sending Kris Newberry to New York for Jordan Owens
12:52pm - There's a lot of names being thrown around on TSN, but really nothing to report right now.
12:42pm - TSN Calls it official: Colorado trades Wojtek Wolski to Phoenix for Peter Muller and Kevin Porter
12:37pm - Vancouver trades Pierre-Cedric Lebrie to St. Louis for Yan Stasny
12:33pm - TSN says a trade that would send Peter Muller to Colorado for Wojtech Wolski is imminent, but the terms aren't final.
12:32pm - It seems like Carolina could have done better than a 7th.
12:26pm - Washington Acquires Scotty Walker from Carolina for this year's 7th round draft pick
12:12pm - Wouldn't Marek Svatos be a great winger for Sid?
12:08pm - Edmonton claimed Ryan Jones off of Waivers from Nashville.
11:55am - Edmonton has been oddly quiet for a seller. Everyone says they are deconstructing the team, so where the action? Gotta be coming soon.
11:51am - If you're looking for some good rumoring, head on over to Faceoff Factor's Rumors LiveBlog. Zach Boslett is doing an awesome job compiling rumors as he finds them
11:48am - Pierre McGuire thinks Aaron Ward was brought in to allow a trade of Ryan Whitney. I'm gonna squash that one now. Ward is about to retire and Whitney is still young. Not happening, Pierre.
11:47am - Pierre McGuire apparently did time on the road in small hotel rooms around Winnipeg back in the early 90s...
11:45am - Carolina's Aaron Ward goes to Anaheim for Justin Pogge and a 4th round pick.
11:43am - Florida potentially has three 2nd round picks this year now. They did well with this trade. Byron Bitz should bring some extra toughness, which always helps. Good to see Florida is making a legitimate commitment to rebuilding. Have to wonder if this means Tomas Vokun is on the block.
11:34am - Dennis Seidenberg and Matthew Bartowski traded to Boston. In return, Florida gets Craig Weller, Byron Bitz and a 2nd round pick.
11:18am - Toronto got a decent pick for Skoula, all things considered. A 5th round pick could still make it in the right environment.
11:11am - Also, Pierre McGuire just creeped his co-analyst. He got closer and closer because his mic was dying. Weeeeeeeiiirrrd.
11:10am - Why the hell does Pierre McGuire always do predictions in full profile?
11:05am - Skoula is a good fit with NJ. He's a great depth acquisition.
11:04am - Toronto managed to flip Martin Skoula to the NJ Devils in Exchange for a 2010 5th round draft pick
10:38am - Boston sends Derek Morris to Phoenix for a 4th round pick in 2011
10:33am - Pierre McGuire should stick to trade deadline analysis. He's been making ridiculously good sense. He just suggested that Boston may have moved Morris to make room for Nashville's Dan Hamhuis.
10:29am - Tradecentre reports Derek Morris is heading back to Phoenix, more info to come.
10:15am - Do you think the Sabres need to make a trade if they want to avoid the tag of being trade deadline losers
9:47am - Do you hear that?! ...It's crickets...
9:39am - Sounds like the Panthers are done fighting for an eighth seed every year. A letter they sent out to the fans more or less says they're officially rebuilding.
9:32am - TradeCentre is engaging on open season for the Maple Leafs.
9:24am - Sounds like Tomas Kaberle is staying in Toronto. Brian Burke won't ask him to waive his NTC
9:15am - They're talking with Ponikarovsky! He sounds rather unenthusiastic about the trade. Probably knows he's just a rental.
9:08am - Matthew Barnaby doesn't see the Penguins in his top 5 cup contenders. His Number one contender? San Jose. Barnaby = Joke.
9:01am - Not surprisingly, nothing happening yet. The TSN guys think there won't be any real blockbusters today. I think there'll be a good 2, maybe 3. Here's a thought, though: Ethan Moreau in the Black and Vegas Gold...maybe in exchange for a Fedotenko or a 4th and a prospect?
8:43am - Quick thoughts on the D'Agostini trade: Good place for D'Agostini to be going, but I don't know if the Canadiens got a fair return. D'Agostini should be able to perform well with the youth movement that the Blues have going.
8:35am - So here's what we've got so far. Nick Boynton goes to Chicago and Anaheim gets 'Future Considerations', which is a little disappointing, as I remember when Boynton had a good looking future...The big trade so far: the Penguins sending Caputi and Skoula for Alexei Ponikarovsky...And most recently, at 12:49 this morning, the Canadiens sent Matt D'Agostini to the Blues for Aaron Palushaj, an AHL level prospect.
8:33am - TSN is not streaming outside Canada this year. So I spent the past half hour looking for a stream...When all along NHL.com was streaming it. So, while it holds out, I will be on here providing insights and trades as I hear them.
