How could you, Stan?

Seemingly in reaction to Dale Tallon's offersheet mishap, he has been given a demotion to "Advisor." Last time I heard that term is was the person who helped me schedule classes in college. Anyway, in case you missed one possible scenario as far as the whole offersheet debauchle, Tallon's assistant Stan saved the day, playing the part of the driver. However it seems that Stan may have had some...ulterior motives. And now, what I think may have happened before the last part of this story...


In a dark, shadowy corner, somewhere in the United Center...

Stan Bowman: Always living in the shadow of my brother...and that IDIOT Tallon... When will they recognize me for all that I can offer the team?! Haven't I paid my dues? Haven't I done enough yet?!?!

Janitor: Hello? Is someone down there?

Stan: ...

Janitor: Damn kids and their Star Wars...and....

*walks away muttering*

Stan: I must be more careful, lest my carefully layed plans will be for naught! Now just to see what old Dale is up to...

*opens up computer and plugs into a box on the wall*

Stan: Hmm...free agent talk free agent talk...what's this? Offer sheets? This may be it!

*Sneaks up to Dale Tallon's office*

Stan: Where are they...? Ah!

*Stan picks up a pile of papers and stuffs them under other papers*

*Stan sneaks back down and changes the offer sheet information on Dale Tallon's Computer to say "Finished"*

Stan: Now just to play the waiting game...

*LATER*

Stan: Hello? A ride to the fax place? Sure!

*Closes phone*

Stan: Let's make this look real, but we'll also cut him off at every pass.

*jumps in his car, pulls around front, dials Tallon*

Stan: Okay, Dale, let's go!

Stan(internally): If he says Kinkos, through the front wall. If he leaves it up to me, We'll go across town and I'll try something crazy...maybe push him over the edge.

Dale Tallon: Drive, Stan!
