Scuderi all set to start life as a King

If there's one thing that can be said about Rob Scuderi, it's that he knows how to keep the puck out of his own net. That's something that the LA Kings could really use. But I get the feeling that Mr. Scuderi might have some ulterior motives for signing with the Kings (other than money). My account of what Rob Scuderi may be thinking:

SCUDERI: Well, I guess people will finally start to figure it out. I kept it a secret so well until that damn Stanley Cup Finals game! Well, it was destined to come out sooner or later.

*Scuderi's cell phone rings*

SCUDERI: Hello?

DEAN LOMBARDI: Robbie baby! How are you doing? Wanna play for the Kings?

SCUDERI (Thinking): Think, damnit, THINK! Who was their goalie last season? I don't know...IT'S PERFECT!

SCUDERI: I'LL DO IT!

LOMBARDI: Oh, that's okay. I understand that you would want to play for a winning team. Can't blame me for try--
*pauses*
Wait. Did you just say yes?

SCUDERI: Absolutely! Give my agent a call, and sort out the detail with him, but I think playing for LA will present a unique experience for me as a player, and may even about me to fulfill some of my fetish--I mean further hone my defensive skills.

LOMBARDI: Erm, right. Well I'm sure you'll fit right in. You don't even want to know some of the stuff I've heard going on around here. Thanks for the time, I'll call you agent now. *click*

SCUDERI:...

YAAAAAAAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! I CAN'T FREAKING BELIEVE IT! THIS IS ACTUALLY GOING TO HAPPEN!

*Goes to computer to order hockey equipment*

SCUDERI: Just a matter of time now...
